Hey there, I’m Leila Ciancaglini! I’m deeply involved in the entertainment industry. My journey encompasses owning a talent agency, being an actress, and hosting a vibrant TV show, “Leila Live,” along with a candid talk show.
What inspired you to pursue your career or business?
My journey started with the ambition to redefine the modeling world. I established a modeling agency that highlighted unique, exotic looks. This set us apart and attracted clients seeking something different.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your career/business and how did you overcome it?
Maintaining financial stability in an uncertain entertainment field was tough. My solution? Constant innovation within my industry.
How do you stay motivated and focused on your goals?
Gratitude for life’s blessings keeps me motivated. Waking up healthy and alive fuels my drive to chase my dreams.
What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned in your career/business journey so far?
Never get too comfortable or rely too much on a single client. Change is constant, and it’s essential to keep creating.
How do you define success?
Success is about discovering your talent, taking risks, creating change, and achieving your set goals.

I’m deeply passionate about global travel.

During a casual yacht outing with friends, I had a light bulb moment—organizing a fashion show on a yacht! A week later, I turned that idea into reality. It was a memorable experience for all involved, and these unique shows are becoming a highlight in the industry.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS has launched a new initiative called “Face of the Week,” which aims to showcase the achievements of men and women who are making an impact in various fields, including entrepreneurship, entertainment, education, communication, and more. Many of these faces of the week will also be honored at the Crownys, which are the DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS Awards and where all the faces and people who worked or partnered with DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS will be celebrated. The ultimate goal of this initiative is to give recognition and exposure to individuals who are making a positive difference in their respective fields.
The initiative will culminate with the release of a printed magazine in December for the Face Of The Year.
By highlighting the achievements of these individuals, DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS hopes to inspire and encourage others to pursue their passions and make a positive impact in the world.
