Face of the Week: Multi-talented Vincent Tissier 18-time award-winning actor, writer, and producer

Vincent Tissier is an incredibly talented and versatile actor who was born and raised in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, France. From a young age, Vincent was drawn to the world of acting and, at just 17 years old, he enrolled in an acting school to hone his craft. Over the next few years, he appeared in a variety of short films and movies in France and quickly made a name for himself as a talented performer.

However, Vincent wasn’t content to simply rest on his laurels. In 2022, at the age of 33, he made the bold decision to move to Los Angeles in order to take his acting career to the next level. He enrolled in the Los Angeles Acting Conservatory and spent the next three years honing his skills and perfecting his craft. During this time, he appeared in a variety of short films in California, showcasing his incredible range as an actor and establishing himself as one of the most talented and sought-after performers in the industry.

I am Vincent Tissier from Paris, France, I m an Actor and writer, I moved to Los Angeles 4 years ago, and I like to ski, tennis, golf, travel, and road trips. I m passionate about cinema and history. I like to discover other cultures.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What is your favorite thing about yourself?
My Principles

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What separates you from others who do what you do?
I am focusing on my career, I avoid party sometimes because I have to wake up early.

I avoid toxic people, and my personality and character are different than most other people, and my goals are too.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: How long have you doing what you do?
-20 years of Acting now. I started to write scripts when I was 25. I did different Jobs too, I worked at Dior, I was a supervisor in a college, I was a security agent in a Synagogue, and I was a host for the fashion week in Paris.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: If you could describe yourself in three words, what would they be? Explain why.

Loyal: I m always here for my friends, and my family, People trust me in general, I keep my principles and I stay myself.
Attentive: I listen, to people, and I observe, when someone feels bad for example, I understand the person because I know what suffering is and I try to give a lot of advice or do something good because I like to help people, or I like to make people laugh or better even with a simple gesture.
Audacious: I take risks but am calculated, I think I have a good strategy and tactic, I analyze different situations, and I understand and think about how to face them. I try to create new things and think about how to succeed differently.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: Describe your daily routine.

I wake up at 6 am, I drink a strong coffee, I stretch, I read, I write, I start to work on my projects, sometimes I do research about history, at noon I go to the gym, for 2 hours and in the afternoon I work again on my projects. Some other days I m on the set or auditioning and I go to a lot of Film Festivals.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: Who is your role model? Why?
Al Pacino because he’s my favorite Actor, he is an amazing actor and I find inspiration in him, he overcame difficult times and Victor Hugo because he’s a great writer, he was engaged and fought to help poor people.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
-Still living in Los Angeles in peace, and playing in Feature films with a new generation of Actors.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What are your hopes and dreams for yourself in the coming 10 years?
-to play in many different genres of film: Comedy, drama, biopic, mafia… Create associations for disadvantaged people and Children living in poverty, I want to create schools for them and many things. And one day President of France but in 20 years maybe.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: If you could give a bit of significant career advice to your younger self, what would you say?

Don’t party too much, and stay focused, work more.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What has been your career highlight until now?

I wrote and shot my first 2 Short Films In France, Anges Perdus and Paris in Love when I was 25, and I made 2 other Short films this year Los Angeles, Hollywood Nightmare, and Lost Angels, I won 18 awards, for best actors several times, best producer, best writer and also best comedy, best international Short Film and I was nominated 20 times.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What is the best advice you received that changed your life?

From my Grandmother: Listen you are my only Grandson, I have 6 Grand Daughters, you have to do what you like, I want to see you succeed, you have to work hard, enroll in an Acting school, or a drawing school because you have that inside you, you are like a flower we must water to flourish.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What professional skill makes you stand out in your field of work?

On the set, I m focused, listening to my partner, and don’t pretend when I play, being really inside the character, and have a lot of imagination.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What is that one life lesson that you learned a little too late?
-Don’t trust People too many people, even if you think the person is good, you could be wrong because many people have a second face, for example, a girlfriend who says to you, I love you so much, I want to stay with you, and after she leaves or many other examples.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What is your biggest lifetime accomplishment?
Moved to Los Angels, made Short Films, made People happy, and wrote my future Feature film.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: Tell us about one event that had a big impact on you.

I was with my sister in the mountains in French Alps, we partied, she was driving, and she missed a turn, we fell into a ravine, there was a big river in front of us but a tree stopped the car, the engine broke and went up to our legs, the car was destroyed but we
had nothing. I said to myself if you are still here you have the destiny to accomplish. God protected you. God is here.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What is the Funniest thing that happened to you in 2022?

I was in the gym, and suddenly, Arnold Schwarzenegger came in front of me and said: -can we switch off the machine, I said – Sure, nice to meet you I m French and I am an Actor too, he said: I know.
DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What is your number one goal for 2023?

Shoot my Feature Film American Darkness and play in a great Feature film as a lead.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What is your biggest regret in life?

To have met bad people and wasted my time with a lot of parties sometimes.

Les Fleurs du Mal de Charles Baudelaire.

-Be in French Polynesia chilling on the beach, in the evening make a barbecue on the beach and contemplate stars.

Have a big party in the Castle of Versailles, disguised as Marie Antoinette and Louis 16.
DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What type of music do you love the most? Why? French music, Hip Hop, Electro, House, and Rock.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: Do you have any favorite pairs of shoes? If yes, explain!

Jean Marie Weston because it looks good with a suit, the quality is good, the design.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What is your opinion on the kind of current music that the artists are releasing?

I Prefer the music 10 or 20 years ago, now it’s always the same sometimes, and some singer are not real artists like before but you have some good music too.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: Who is your ideal fictional character?

The Joker

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What type of music do you love the most?
Classic, Hip Hop.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
-Bora Bora, because the water is so clear, the Landscapes are Breathtaking, there are not too much pollutions, and it’s preserved, there are not too many tourists, I love the Polynesian culture too.

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS: What is your philosophy in life?

To live is to be engaged, even if you had a hard life, stay optimistic, enjoy life, be happy, keep the faith, and do the maximum of good deeds. Put all your heart into what you are doing; to make your dreams come true. Fight until the end for your freedom and your principles.
