Can you tell us a little about yourself and what you do?
My name is Rehan Jalali, and I’m known as a Celebrity Fitness Expert. I run a health and fitness business along with a media company, where we specialize in Total and Complete Body Transformation. Our approach is highly detailed and customized, focusing on improving the body, mind, and health. We conduct intensive testing, including body composition, blood work, food allergy tests, and DNA analysis to create a personalized plan for each individual. Once we have your blueprint, we design the most effective plan and update it regularly for maximum results. Our success lies in transforming bodies where others fail. Additionally, we have a media division where we disseminate science-based fitness information through books, movies, seminars, a weekly talk show, certification courses, articles, and social media.

What inspired you to pursue your career or business?
I wanted to change the world, one body at a time, and help people be their ABSolute best! That’s why I started my health and fitness business — to improve people’s body and health!

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your career/business and how did you overcome it?
The biggest challenge was scaling a rapidly growing business without it imploding. I overcame this by empowering others and surrounding myself with experts. I learned to let them do what they do best, without micro-managing.

How do you stay motivated and focused on your goals?
I have an intense desire to be the best. Growing up, I was always competitive and wanted to win at everything. This carried into adulthood, and I strive to do everything with excellence. Working out daily helps me stay focused and disciplined!

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned in your career/business journey so far?
The key to success is consistent persistence. Stay consistent day in and day out and be persistent in achieving your goals. Keep going strong no matter what!

How do you define success?
Success, to me, is about impacting others in a positive manner. Helping people win is how I measure success!

What is your biggest dream, and how are you working towards achieving it?

“I’m so grateful to have achieved many of my dreams, but at this stage, my biggest dream is to improve the health of millions of people worldwide. I’m doing this through my media company by sharing knowledge and inspiration through shows, podcasts, and various platforms.”

How has your faith or spirituality played a role in your career/business?
My spirituality is central to my life—both personally and professionally. It helps me stay grounded and provides inner peace, especially during difficult times. I believe in the power of prayer and always ask God for guidance.

Who is your biggest inspiration, and why?
My dad is my biggest inspiration. He lived a dynamic life and, along with my mom, created an incredible life for my siblings and me. The work ethic and discipline I saw in him inspired me to push myself to be the best.

How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance?
Work is my joy and passion, so it is naturally part of my life. To maintain balance, I focus on a good morning routine, healthy eating, meditation, and taking time for self-care. If you nurture yourself, everything else falls into place.

What advice would you give to someone just starting out in your field?
To become an expert and learn as much as possible. Knowledge is power, and the more you know, the more successful you will be.

What is something that people often misunderstand about your work/business?
There’s a lot of misinformation in the fitness world, so it’s important to seek real knowledge from true experts. We focus on scientific-backed solutions rather than fads.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your work/business?
The ability to help people completely change their lives for the better. Seeing people transform their bodies, health, and mindset is incredibly rewarding.

What is something that you’re passionate about outside of your work/business?
I love doing charity work, especially projects related to water and food accessibility globally.

What is the most valuable skill you have learned in your career/business?

Optimal networking at a high level. It’s true what they say: “It’s who you know!” Mastering the art of networking can take you very far in business and life.”

What is something you wish you knew when you were just starting out in your career/business?
That problems aren’t as big as they seem, and you can overcome anything!

How do you deal with failure or setbacks?
I focus on solutions instead of problems. I take time to reflect and then move forward, knowing that there’s always a way to overcome challenges.

What is your philosophy in life?
I go wherever my career takes me! I embrace the journey and let things unfold organically.

What is that one life lesson that you learned a little too late?
I learned a lot early on, so nothing was really too late.

What is one thing that you have accomplished that you’re most proud of?
I’m proud of writing a bestselling book, delivering a Tedx talk, and speaking with Michelle Obama at the President’s Council of Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition in Washington D.C. Also, raising three amazing kids!

How do you see yourself and your business/career evolving in the future?
We are moving towards utilizing AI to enhance some of our online programs, which will help us reach even more people.

How do you give back to your community or make a positive impact in the world?
I post motivational content on my social media, contribute money and food to the homeless, and share my story so others can relate and feel empowered.

What is your biggest regret in life?
I don’t have any regrets—everything has shaped me into who I am today.

What is the best advice you have ever received?
My dad once told me, “Success unshared is failure.” That has stayed with me. I was also told to do what I love and love what I do, which I wholeheartedly embrace.

I keep up with the latest research, speak with top experts regularly, and read books on mindfulness and emotional intelligence. I also challenge myself by doing things out of my comfort zone.
