On Tuesday, The Golden Globes made a comeback to the airways for the first time since 2021, and our black queens won big and made history AGAIN!

We can all agree that Abbott Elementary is the gift that keeps giving to the cast. Quinta Brunson took home three awards, along with House of The Dragon and movies The Banshees of Inisherin and The Fabelmans. Tyler James Williams also took home a Globe for best-supporting actor in a comedy or drama series.

Angela Bassett also continues to receive her greatly earned flowers as she became the first actor to win an individual Globe award for a film based on a Marvel comic for her iconic role in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

While Euphoria is over, Rue is still racking in awards. Zendaya can now add a Golden Globe to her award showcase after receiving the Globe for best actress in a drama series. Unable to attend the ceremony, she shared her excitement on Instagram.

“I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to be there tonight, but I just wanted to say thank you to @goldenglobes for this incredible honor,” she began. “To my fellow nominees, it is a privilege to be named beside you. I admire you all deeply. Thank you to my ‘Euphoria’ family without you none of this is possible.”

Congratulations to all of the 2023 Golden Globe nominees and award winners. Check out the full list below!
