Shipping Rates
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment network. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout:
- United States — Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat rate.
- United States — Free Shipping: A free US shipping method is available on qualifying orders (select it at checkout).
- International: $24.95 flat rate to most countries worldwide.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships:
- US orders (standard fulfillment): Typically 7-15 business days after shipment.
- International orders: Typically 10-20 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs.
- US-warehouse items: Items shipping from our US warehouse arrive faster — often within the shorter end of these ranges.
These are honest estimates based on typical fulfillment. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), delivery may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Tracking is provided on all orders. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your door.
International Shipping Notes
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
- Delivery times for international orders may be affected by customs processing in the destination country.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal codes and phone numbers where required.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, contact us at hello@dzynetwork.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right — including reshipping or refunding where appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
