Las Vegas, NV – The Black Agenda, a movement dedicated to empowering Black communities through economic investment, political advocacy, and technological innovation, marks its one-year anniversary with a historic event on February 25, 2025. In recognition of its impact, Las Vegas Mayor Shelly Berkley will officially proclaim February 25th as “Black Agenda Day”, a milestone celebrating the organization’s achievements in economic development, policy influence, and entrepreneurship.

The event, hosted by Hollywood actor Miguel A. Núñez Jr., will bring together business leaders, policymakers, and cultural icons for an evening of celebration, reflection, and a bold vision for the future.

A Year of Progress & Change

Since its launch in 2024, The Black Agenda has led transformative initiatives, including:

  • Economic Empowerment – Scaling The Black Unicorn Factory, a $20 billion digital business accelerator preparing 100+ Black-owned businesses for Wall Street.
  • Investment & Wealth Building – Launching the $500M Black Business Growth Fund to fuel Black entrepreneurship.
  • Political Impact – Supporting key electoral wins, including Shirley Berkley’s election as Mayor of Las Vegas and engaging with White House advisors on policies advancing Black communities.
