OnlyFans Model Courtney Clenney Sued By Family Of Slain Boyfriend For Funeral Expenses As She Fights Second-Degree Murder Charge
The family is seeking reimbursement for the funeral expenses and other costs associated with Scott’s death.

Courtney Clenney, a popular OnlyFans model, is facing a civil lawsuit filed by the family of her slain boyfriend, Jerrad Scott. The family is seeking reimbursement for the funeral expenses and other costs associated with Scott’s death. Clenney is also facing a second-degree murder charge for the shooting death of Scott.
According to court documents, Scott’s family claims that Clenney was responsible for his death and should be held liable for the expenses incurred as a result of his passing. The family alleges that Clenney acted with “extreme and outrageous conduct” that resulted in Scott’s death and caused his family to suffer financial hardship.

Clenney, who has over 200,000 followers on OnlyFans, a content subscription service popular among sex workers and adult performers, has denied the allegations and maintains that she acted in self-defense. In a statement released through her attorney, Clenney said, “I deeply regret the loss of Jerrad Scott’s life, but I acted in self-defense and will vigorously defend myself against these baseless allegations.”
The incident leading to Scott’s death occurred on December 19, 2021, in the couple’s apartment in Houston, Texas. Clenney called 911 to report that Scott had assaulted her, and she had shot him in self-defense. Scott was pronounced dead at the scene, and Clenney was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
Clenney’s case has gained widespread attention due to her popularity on OnlyFans and the controversy surrounding the platform. OnlyFans has faced criticism for its role in enabling the exploitation of sex workers, but many performers like Clenney have defended the platform as a source of empowerment and financial stability.
