On Thursday night, rising R&B star and our favorite girl from Peacock’s Bel-Air, Coco Jones celebrated her 25th birthday and the release of the deluxe version of her EP, What I Didn’t Tell You. It went down at Melrose Place in West Hollywood with two rooms to party and custom cocktails sponsored by Grey Goose. The ambiance gave grown and sexy and was a custom for Coco with the neutral tones, custom Coco Jones pillows, and large prints of the birthday diva’s most iconic photos on the walls and windows.

As guests of the party, we were able to get an exclusive listen at the four new tracks added to the EP before it dropped, which included Simple her collaboration with the R&B goat Babyface,  Fallin, Put You On, and Plan B.

“I think “What I Didn’t Tell You” is really just my real-life stories as I was figuring out who I am. I think people a lot of people that recognize me from “Bel-Air” are completely surprised that I sing well and they just don’t know enough about me” she told You Know I Got Soul.

YOu KNow i got soul

These are stories that are off-screen that were part of my life and journey of figuring out myself. I was turning up, being crazy adventurous, and being in my feelings. These are stories that are off-camera that I wanted to share.”

After the listening session, DJ Casanova turned us up all night by playing jams from now all the way to the 99 and the 2000s! Coco’s family, friends, and some of our favorite industry stars filled both sides of the venue to celebrate her life and success. We spotted a few of Coco’s Bel-Air cast members Adrian Holmes, Simone Joy Jones, and Jordan L Jones along with Chance the Rapper, Ty Dollar Sign, Amber Riley, Sevyn Streeter, Christina Milian and more. Needless to say, we had a time!

Check out the deluxe edition of What I Didn’t Tell You right now, available on all streaming platforms.
