Beauty & The Beard Launch Global Initiative to Empower Nonprofits, Churches, and Social Entrepreneurs at the Black Agenda Billionaire Mindset Weekend & Ph.D. Ceremony
Beauty & The Beard—Dr. Lance McCarthy, PhD, and Dr. Juliet—are proud to announce the launch of a global initiative dedicated to helping nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and small businesses build sustainable wealth through funding, strategic partnerships, asset protection, and business development.
The official launch will take place during the Black Agenda Billionaire Mindset Weekend & Ph.D. Ceremony, July 31 through August 2, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona. The event will bring together nonprofit leaders, pastors, entrepreneurs, investors, educators, and community advocates committed to creating lasting economic impact and expanding opportunities through education, innovation, and collaboration.
The initiative is designed to provide organizations with practical strategies for:
- Accessing funding opportunities for nonprofits and churches.
- Protecting organizational and personal assets.
- Developing sustainable business and social enterprise models.
- Building strategic partnerships locally, nationally, and internationally.
- Creating multiple revenue streams to strengthen community organizations.
- Expanding leadership and economic development opportunities across the globe.
As part of this initiative, Dr. Lance and Dr. Juliet will host recurring Zoom sessions featuring educational presentations and expert discussions centered on the theme “Health Is Wealth.” These virtual programs will provide practical guidance on nonprofit funding, church development, asset protection, leadership, wealth creation, and innovative social entrepreneurship strategies designed to strengthen communities worldwide.
