Haiti\u2019s independence came at an immense cost, followed by decades of punishment, debt, and isolation. Yet the spirit of Haiti\u2014resilient, creative, and unbreakable\u2014has never faded. Its culture, music, language, faith, and revolutionary legacy continue to shape the global Black diaspora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today is not just a celebration of the past, but a reaffirmation of Haiti\u2019s enduring strength and importance to world history. Haiti is more than struggle\u2014it is courage, leadership, and the original blueprint of freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
