Her focus on positivity, surrounded by people with admirable work ethics, has been a cornerstone of her resilience.

Nathalie believes in transparency and accepting one’s flaws, seeing success as a combination of love, financial stability, and being surrounded by nurturing relationships. Her dreams are ambitious yet grounded in empathy and practicality – from revolutionizing healthcare through AI to eradicating global hunger.

Her parents, immigrants who returned to Chad to help the local community, are her biggest inspirations. I am a mother, a nurse, a media professional, and a philanthropist. I founded HEALTH4PEACE, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. My career in business was inspired by the biblical verse, “you reap what you sow.”

What are some of the biggest challenges you have faced, and how have you overcome them?
The biggest challenge for me has been understanding that I need to see things through once started, especially due to the difficulty arising from a lack of financial support. I overcame these tough times by reminding myself that they don’t last forever and are there to teach me valuable lessons.

How do you maintain a positive outlook, and who are your biggest influences?
I pray a lot and always try to focus on the positive. I am very sensitive and easily hurt, so I choose to surround myself with people whose work ethics I admire. My biggest inspiration comes from my parents, who are immigrants that mastered cultural and language differences in the United States before returning to Chad to help locals.

What is your definition of success, and what are your biggest dreams?

To me, success is love, and God is love. It’s about financial stability for basic needs, but having love around you is nurturing and leads to peace and success. My biggest dream is to help struggling hospitals worldwide through AI and to eradicate hunger, by being of service in my community.

What role does faith play in your life, and what have you learned from your experiences?
My faith is my threshold. My strength comes from believing that once I think something is possible, it gets done. It might not be perfect, but at least the attempt was made. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that everyone goes through challenges and that staying transparent and accepting one’s mistakes is crucial.

What are your interests outside of your professional life?
I am a foodie who loves Michelin-starred restaurants. I don’t drink alcohol or smoke, but I enjoy experiencing different cultures and music. I love books, outdoor workouts, city shopping with my kids, and a good spa day.

What advice would you give to others based on your experiences?
I would advise being true to yourself and knowing yourself first. It’s important not to conform or imitate others. Stay grounded in your beliefs and choose to follow in the footsteps of those who work well in diverse teams.

How do you deal with misconceptions about kindness in your profession?
Many people mistake kindness for weakness. In my case, being “too nice” is often seen as a lack of assertion. However, I view service as a calling, requiring patience and understanding that it’s often a thankless job.

What are your passions and how do they influence your life?
I am passionate about toddlers because they are fearless and unfiltered, showing so much character. My other passion is fashion, which I see as a form of art and self-expression.

What is the most valuable skill you have learned, and what wisdom have you gained from your experiences?
The most valuable skill I’ve learned is to listen. Understanding that people’s emotions often stem from journeys unrelated to me has been enlightening. This has taught me that no two people are alike, and assuming similarities can often lead to misunderstandings.

How do you handle failure, and what is your life philosophy?
When faced with failure, I allow myself a good cry and then discuss it with my mentors. My philosophy in life is simple: “be kind!” My favorite quote, which has guided me, is “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react,” by Church Swindoll.

How do you contribute to your community, and do you have any regrets or unfulfilled aspirations?
I give back by participating and sharing my skills as a volunteer on various platforms. My biggest regret is not learning how to sew clothes, a skill I still aspire to acquire, especially given my love for fashion.

What are your future aspirations for your business and personal growth?

I see my business becoming globally recognized, helping save lives, and inspiring others to do the same. Personally, I am still learning to recognize my worth, a journey that is a work in progress.

<blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink="https://www.instagram.com/p/C2JVqARLXsW/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading" data-instgrm-version="14" style=" background:#FFF;
