My name is Va\u2019rai Unique, a prolific motivational speaker, author and serial entrepreneur, with businesses within the arts and entertainment industry. I\u2019m born and raised in London (UK), but now living in sunny Los Angeles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of public speaking, which one of your businesses keeps you most active? I run a public relations and branding agency. My team is full of exceptionally talented individuals and we have worked with some dynamic brands and extraordinary individuals. It is by far one of the most rewarding and fast paced businesses I own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about myself is my exuberant energy which is highly contagious, my tenacity to always succeed and my ability to find humor in everything, because what is life without laughter?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> What separates you from others who are in the same industry? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What separates me from others is my ability to captivate, transform and liberate everyone I engage with. These qualities transcend every business sector I am involved in. I\u2019ve heard my British accent goes down a treat with people in the states too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> How long have you been doing what you do? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have been a verbal\/visual storyteller through public speaking and branding for a long time, with experiences that has spanned different continents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> If you could describe yourself in three words, what would they be? Explain why. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kind <\/strong>\u2013 I am helpful and generous to others, with other people\u2019s wellbeing being at the forefront of my mind. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transparent<\/strong> \u2013 I am genuine and authentic whenever I engage with anyone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apparently I\u2019m Funny<\/strong> \u2013 I always seem to have people laughing hysterically at some point while they\u2019re with me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honestly I wouldn\u2019t change nothing about myself because I love who I\u2019ve been, I love who I currently am, and I am 100,000% sure that I will love who I am becoming. I am perfectly imperfect, while constantly evolving on this journey called life! <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> Describe your daily routine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wake up pretty early every day (5\/6AM), and start my day by drinking some sparkling water with a slice of lemon. I then respond to my emails, check my calendar for meetings and events. I make my calls, talk with staff and\/or people I partner with (either via zoom or google workspace) etc. I might fit in a hiking session if I don\u2019t have a lunch meeting and if there is a red carpet event that I need to attend in the evening then I will take time to prepare in advance, because deciding what to wear is a task all by itself.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> Who is your role model? Why? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My current role model is Elon Musk because of his ability to create things that make a difference to humanity. He is passionate about his projects, with a clear set of values that he firmly stands by. Some people may not agree with all of his decisions but he is committed to being other-focused and displays strong leadership skills. His drive to overcome obstacles are also really admirable and his top tier problem solving abilities and shrewd business skills are exceptional to say the least. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> Where do you see yourself 5 years from now? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the next 5 years I see myself being nationally recognized for my abilities to inspire others into taking massive action towards their purpose. I will also be a speaker at a TED-X event instead of organizing one like I did 5 years ago. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> What are your hopes and dreams for yourself in the coming 10 years? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 10 years I hope to continue expanding my thriving businesses. I will also win more awards within my sphere of influence and will be granted the United Kingdoms\u2019 MBE (member of the British Empire award).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> If you could give a bit of significant career advice to your younger self, what would you say? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take full advantage of opportunities that come your way, as you never know what doors they will open for your future.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> What has been your career highlight until now? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My career highlight so far has been relocating to the USA without knowing anybody, created multiple thriving businesses and fostered working partnerships with some of the world\u2019s best entertainers and thought leaders!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> What is the best advice you received that changed your life? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best advice I was told in my teens was that I should continue to live in the moment, keep listening to my gut instincts, never stop being inquisitive and go beyond my limits!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> What professional skill makes you stand out in your field of work? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My interpersonal skills and my ability to relate to people make me stand out within the different industries I work within. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> What is that one life lesson that you learned a little too late? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I never learned this too late, but something I want to share with others is you really shouldn\u2019t care what others think about you and never clear up rumors as it\u2019s a waste of valuable energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> What is your biggest lifetime accomplishment? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My biggest lifetime accomplishment is my talented wise children.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

A huge event that had a major impact on me was being recognized for my social impact work, and receiving \u2018Achievement of the Year Award\u2019 twice, presented to me at the House of Commons in London. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> What is your number one goal for 2023? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My number one goal for 2023 is to ALWAYS do what makes me happy and put myself first at ALL times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite quote is; \u201cWell behaved Women, seldom make history!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a hard one as I\u2019m an avid reader, but my favorite book for 2022 was \u201cWOMEN WHO RUN WITH THE WOLVES\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> Describe your perfect vacation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My perfect vacation is going to a tropical place while eating and interacting with the locals. Throw a good book and cocktail or two while I sit by the pool or beach is the icing on the cake!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> What do you think is your worst quality? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I have noticed about myself that isn\u2019t the best quality (but also isn\u2019t necessarily the worst quality), is that I am very persistent. The desire to get what I want drives me to persevere, but there is a thin line with knowing when to keep on keeping on to get what you want. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> What type of music do you love the most? Why? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I really love the 90\u2019s R\u2019N\u2019B and hip-hop because its timeless. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> What is your opinion on the kind of current music that the artists are releasing? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honestly a lot of the new music nowadays all sounds the same in my opinion. Not much originality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIZZYDIDDY+PLUS:<\/strong> Who is your ideal fictional character? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My ideal fictional character is Wonder Woman. She encompasses strength, power, empathy and leadership skills. She represents everything I adore and strive to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love every genre of music apart from heavy rock music. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m living exactly where I am meant to be, USA is definitely home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The top two movies I watched in 2022 was between Black Panther 2 and Bullet Train. Both great films for completely different reasons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wow this is a hard one\u2026 New York for the culture, food & people and LA for the weather & beaches! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best gift I received in 2022 is the gift of true friendships with the amazing connections I have maintained and the great new people I have had the pleasure of meeting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
